Nomzamo joined GMI as an Associate in June 2024 based in the Employment Law Department. She completed her LLB degree at the University of South Africa and attended Law School at the University of Pretoria. While completing her articles, Nomzamo had exposure to various fields of Labour and Employment Law, Family Law, Wills and Estate Law, Contract management, Commercial Law, Insurance Law, and Third-Party Claims.

Nomzamo specializes in Employment Law and General Civil Litigation. This includes Magistrates’ Court, High Court, Labour Court, Labour Appeal Court, CCMA, Bargaining Council disputes, internal proceedings, and litigation proceedings.

Nomzamo has experience in advising and acting on behalf of various public and private sector clients in terms of litigation processes, procedures, and representation of clients in judicial as well as quasi-judicial proceedings.

She further has experience in chairing as well as initiating disciplinary hearings and drafting of legal opinions, recommendation reports and outcome reports.
