Our transformation journey started with having a single black director in the late 1990’s to being a majority black-owned law firm.
Presently, 65% of our lawyers and 69% of our complete staff are black. We are committed to gender as well as racial equality, and this shows in the fact that 21 of our 43 lawyers (48%) are industry-leading women. This is further supported by the appointment of Aneesa Mahomed as the first black female Chairperson of the Board. We are currently 51% black-owned and 31.83% black female-owned.
We are a Level One (AAA+) Value Adding supplier as certified by Muthelo-BEE.
