Riaan Venter is a director in GMI’s Commercial Litigation and Insurance Law Department. Post-graduation, he joined GMI and was admitted as Attorney in 2007.

Riaan's specialties are insolvency and related litigation and business rescue matters. He is also experienced in general litigation (including Family Law matters), and have represented clients in both the High Court and Magistrates’ Court. Riaan has a great interest in trial advocacy and continues to appear frequently in the various courts.
